Nextec Battery Rack 2.0

This is a remix of Gavin Leigh's Nextec Battery Holder. His version holds a single battery in a wall mount, but I've got a bunch of these ancient Craftsman tools and the Nextec 12V batteries that the use, so I made a version that holds four batteries, with some slots for pens, an XActo knife and calipers.
