“Hello! Would you like to destroy some evil today?” - Nightblood in Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson.Roughly to scale (Nightblood specifically varies quite a bit according to the best guesses of measurement), this version of Nightblood is based on the Dragonsteel “Forged Foam” models. I wanted to make it sharper to be more “realistic” but part of it has to be level with the hilt and grip so that it can print without supports. The blade-edge is beveled to give it some of that feel, though.Using arachne and precise-wall settings, this is a snug fit in the standard Dummy-13 grip hand. I might make a sheath later if I can figure out how it would attach to Dummy-13.
