This is a bracket for mounting your GoPro/generic GoPro looking 'Action Camera' securely to an Emax Nighthawk 250 Quadcopter at a 20 degree angle. *If anyone wants any different camera angles let me know and I'll work up some other versions.*
It uses the two existing front m3 bolts - which you may choose to replace with some slightly longer m3 bolts for added security - and two nuts and bolts at the back through the accessory slits/slots (?) on the upper frame, although you could just use some cable-ties/zip-ties and save some weight.
To reduce camera vibration, consider using some thin foam on the base and back support of the mount (probably fine without it though).
Finally add a Velcro strap or two and your +/- £250 GoPro should be about as safe as it can be strapped to the top of your £150 quadcopter with you flying it!
