Nintendo DS hinge fix

I was tired of replacing the entire shell every time it broke, so I finally fixed the design.

This part is wider, so it has more surface to glue it to the case too.

You need to remove the original hinge support so you can fit this one. You also need to sand down the original plastic piece that covers the ribbon, to make space for this repair.

Use hot glue to fill the empty space inside the piece once it's in place. This will prevent the metal hinge from turning around inside this piece, it helps keeping it in place, and it's also easy to remove so you can always repair it.

Use a strong glue to attach this to the upper screen plastic.
