EDIT ( 8/8/2018 ): New "High Tolerance" version prints super well on our prusa MK3. 20% infill is still good but i personally prefer it at 100%. 0.2 layer height works great. May try one at 0.1 at some point to see if it makes the middle hinge slide a bit smoother.
EDIT ( 7/17/2018 ): Added a new "High Tolerance" version for those who have their printers really well dialed in. Hinge gap on original is .625mm and .4 on the new HT version. So far only tested printing the hinge by it self on a Prusa i3 MK3 but they still print very well and rotate easily. ~~Currently printing a full version and will update this with the results.~~ Just finished a full print of the HT versionon the MK3 its it's easily the best one I've made hinge wise. Don't have my switch with me today so I'll have to test the rail fit tonight but so far so good.
EDIT: Incorrectly said this needs no supports initially. Supports are needed only on the vertical rail so a very high angle is needed. Like 89 degrees.
