Nintendo Switch PowerA Controller Joystick Rubbers

One of the rubbers of my PowerA Nintendo Switch Controller ripped apart. I thought this was a simple project to make myself. The main one works perfect for me but I also added a file with an even tighter fit (hard to get on, but surely doesn't come off, maybe it can be useful depending on the TPU brand you use).I tested this with 2 types of TPU and they work great for me. The textured PEI plate really helps with the grip although they do remain a little more slippery when sweaty compared to the original ones.
