Niryo Ned end effector adapter

This is a simple Niryo One tools adapter for the Niryo Ned. Il allow us to use the Niryo One end effector on the Niryo Ned.

It is recommended to print the hand and the cylinder and assembly them later for an easier print. There is also an all-in-one version which will be more difficult to print
