These are snap-on covers for Nissan Leaf battery cells.
The large cover (works on positive and negative terminal) allows room for a M6 screw (I use hex-head cap screws) and a side hole for a 10-12AWG terminal wire spade. The spade terminal also helps hold the cap in place once the screw is tightened.
The small cover (works on center sense terminal) allows room for a M4 screw and a side hole for a 14-16AWG terminal wire spade.
I've also included a small cap for the center sense terminal if you don't need access to it. This fits when there is no screw inserted into this terminal.
I have adjusted the dimensions for what works well for my printer, so I hope it works well for others too. The terminals aren't quite square so it only will only fit on in two orientations (single orientation for the black terminal due to the alignment tab on the battery).
If it doesn't fit properly you should be able to adjust the size a few percent up or down to get it to work.
