Nissan window latch

Hello every one, here is another part for a 1991 Nissan D21 (hardbody). This is part of the rear sliding window latch. In the picture, you can see my failed attempt at patching the part up since the edge of it cracked and would not secure the window anymore.

Install: To remove the broken latch piece from the assembly, I simply punched out the pin holding it in the base with a small screwdriver and installed the printed part and reinstalled the pin. Works great!

Print: I printed this standing up to avoid support all along the middle of the part. I did use a raft just because I thought it would provide better adhesion to the print bed, but may not be necessary. I printed at 15% infill for prototyping, but after checking fit and function I will print at a higher infill to make it stronger.

Slightly modified to print flat to reduce supports and print easier functions the same.
