This is a base I designed for my Nixie tube clock. Fits many six-digit kits, but was designed with PV Electronics' QTC kit in mind (http://www.pvelectronics.co.uk/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=21).
This design was inspired by the hexagon shaped wire mesh anodes inside Nixie tubes, as well as the honeycomb window partitions found in the Engineering section of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701 from Star Trek: The Original Series.
You'll also need four 20mm nylon standoffs and eight screws to secure the clock PCB to the base, which can be found anywhere computer components are sold.
