Minimal pulley: no supports, no bolts—just add a 608.Compression axle; wheel+axle 100% infill for strength.PURE - no supports requiredZERO - no metal fasteners requiredJust one 608 bearing requiredThis pulley incorporates a printed axle design which eliminates the need for any metal fasteners. Every part of this pulley was designed to completely avoid printed supports--just place and print! The dual-wedge compression fit axle is quite strong and easy to install. Print the wheel and the axle pieces at 100% infill to maximize their strength. Print two Pure Zero Pulleys to use together and get a 1:2 mechanical advantage.Assembly ToolGetting both the axles fully inserted and locked can be difficult with just your fingers. Try printing the Anvil.stl to use as a support underneath the pulley while using the back end of a plastic screwdriver handle to hammer the axles down until flush and locked in place.
