This is a simple case for the Keeyees ESP-32S development board V1.1. The board dimensions are 26mm x 48mm. Similar boards should be able to fit as well. The board does fit snugly, so if your printer doesn't respect exact measurements you may have to scale things accordingly.

NodeMCU-v2.stl can be used if you want some additional cable management.
