This is a Printable Cosplay Head for the basic starter wand in Noita.
It's one model, that sandwiches symmetrically with a copy of itself. There are small holes throughout the model, where you can insert 1.75mm filament to use as pegs to facilitate the even alignment of the two parts.
It's sized to fit atop a broom handle, and features 2 laterally mounted holes, where screws can be used to hold the wand head in position.
For your pleasure, I have included my original Fusion 360 files. Perhaps you can use it as a template if your tastes are not so plebian as mine.
