Do you know Tiny Trak?
Well here's the not so tiny one for use with standard 1/10 size servo and Lego x1681 rubber track. Just mount the wheel to the servo horn that came with your servo, ie the round one.
This wheel can also be used on arduino DC motor with adapter and mount in the link below,
