Make your own notepads with this simple clamp. Use A5 or A4 on the short side, glue the aligned ends (I use a cheap PVA, 3 coats). I couldn’t find anything like this in Thingiverse so had to make my own.
Made with Tinkercad. Printed on a FlashForge A5M Pro - on a diagonal as it wouldn’t fit otherwise. I used no supports and PLA. You will need to print 2 of the notepad clamp nuts.
The bolts and nuts are quite tight but loosen up fairly quickly screwing them up and down for a bit. I used 25% infill, could’ve bumped that up a little as the clamp top bends slightly if I screw the nuts too tightly.
The photo shows a pad made with A4 photocopy paper hacked in half (and glued as described above), it’s been really useful. I will experiment with some better quality paper soon. I believe the glued edge is called a “perfect binding”.
