This has the spikes, pores, shell proteins and capsid as separate skins so you can color them differently if you like. I'm not able to advise on printer settings. Obviously it's not the world's simplest part, and if you can comment with advice that'd be very welcome -- good luck, and if it works out I'd love to see a picture.
