Nozzle Box - Thicker Lid

After printing the Nozzle Box by ugh, I noticed some issues stemming from the lid's thicknesses being way too small. I added 1mm od thickness to all sides and the top of the lid. I also added the word "Nozzles" on the top for identification purposes.

This is the version of ugh's design that uses filament scraps as pins for the hinges.
