NTP Projection Clock Remix

This is a remix of a brilliant [NTP-based projection clock by crisspen](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4688050).

I just needed something that points at the ceiling and provides perfect time. I didn't alter the electronics or software, which is available [here](https://github.com/chrisspen/ntp-clock-projector). ~~Okay, I altered the software slightly since it seemed to be having trouble saving WiFi credentials, but I really just hardcoded my credentials.~~ The credentials weren't storing properly on my hardware, so I made some fixes, available [here](https://github.com/mwstowe/ntp-clock-projector).

The original design has been simplified into a pretty straightforward tube. ~~You'll need the original lens holder (which I didn't redesign, but probably should have) and that's it.~~ I cleaned up the lens holder a bit, and it's now included. The simple base and housing is enough to point it directly at the ceiling.

The spacer collar fits between the lens and the housing. T
