Nucleo144Base Remix

I printed the original, but found that the Ethernet port on the development board (Nucleo -F429ZI) interfered with the fit, so the board did not sit nicely on the base.

I moved an opening in the base to coincide with the location of the Ethernet port.

As with the original, version d contains side cutouts so that the dev. board will fit in the blister pack with the base attached. I updated both files, but have only printed version d so far.

I'm still not quite happy with the appearance of the opening under the Ethernet port (it's not symmetrical), so will likely update this again when I get time, but for now it's at least functional.
