I made this 3D printer in Spring-Summer 2015, the main feature of this project is its anti-wobble system, it consists in the separation of Y and Z axis from Z screws, Y axis can moves freely on Z axis, because it's leaning on Z screws.
This innovation avoids the transmission of Z screws wobble to Z axis.
This printer has no XZ dimension limits (X structure limits Y dimension to 20cm, it's poorly designed ).
Extruder mount can be replaced with a PRUSA
(Tolerance is always 0,5mm)
x2 - 8mm round tubes
x4 - 8mm round tubes 10~12cm long
x6 - 8mm smooth round rods
x3 - 20x20mm square tubes
x4 - NEMA17 motors
x2 - 5mm threaded rod
x4 - 605 2RS (5X14X5) bearings
x12 - LM8UU (8mm) bearings
x3 - 6x6x5 push buttons
x14 - M3 screws (for NEMA motors)
x4 - M3 30mm screws + nuts (for plate)
x4 - 5x30mm springs (for plate)
x2 - belt tensioner
x2 - T2.5 timing belts
x2 - 5mm shaft pulleys
x9 - 4mm cable ties
x2 - wooden planks (1 for X axis, 1 for base structure)
