Nuova Simonelli MCF Doserless Mod

This is a mod for the Nuova Simonelli MCF to remove the doser and replace with a funnel. I printed all parts with no supports as my printer does a poor job of supports with Nylon 910. the holes were drilled out with a Dremel and I used a box cutter to cut the grinds outlet to size.

The chute insert block was printed with the longest side on the build plate. It will need to be trimmed slightly to ensure a tight fit when installed. This blocks the left side of the exit chute, thus reducing grinder retention and clumping.

The funnel and lid are printed upside down

The retainer clip ensures the insert block stays in place. I print this front side down.

The portafilter fork uses an M6 bolt & nut to attach to the grinder.
