I made this to help my wife with tracking her nursing times. We found it difficult to keep time math straight, especially while half-awake during the night. This tool lets you choose your window timeframe (for example 2 hrs) and set one of the hands that much ahead of the other. By doing so, all you have to do is turn the early hand to the time of the most recent feed, and then the later hand points to the time that the baby will need to feed next. So if we were woken up at 3am and want to feed the baby again 3 hours after that, then the early hand would be set to 3, the late hand would point at 6, and we wouldn't have to worry about remembering any of the times while we rush to hopefully get back to some sleep. The hands fit into each other so that moving the lower one also moves the higher one an equal amount. There are also quarter and half hour increments included for more precise tracking. This tool could be alternatively used as a teaching instrument to help with learning how
