NUT-5 compatible Files for BLV mgn Cube

For those people who buyed NUT-5 extrusions I modified the original BLV mgn Cube Files to fit with NUT-5 extrusions

added "Bed_Cable_Chain parts - Wall Mount_by neebick.stl"

added 4 Frame-wire-holder. 3 remixed from BLV and one designed by myself

Update 2019-07-11:
After finally running my BLV Cube I was able to print the big parts. I found that the LED diffuser did not quite fit. I have revised this now
