I decided to try integrating an OBD cap into the OBDelholster in order to print everything all at once and avoid epoxying in a separate piece.
The remix works very well for me, but the outside prongs are not as *snug* as I would've hoped fitting into the glove compartment slot. Perhaps that is just maybe an issue with my PETG print but expanding everything by .1 mm or so may solve that problem. The holder fits the OBDEleven perfectly and snugly, no rattles or wiggles whatsoever.
June 2025: My old one finally broke after repeated uses (snapped a tab) and I took the opportunity to revise the design to allow for a slightly looser fit inside. The old one was tight and would pull the whole adapter glovebox often due to the friction fit. The new one might still need the tabs bent out a tiny bit (small flame helps) depending on the fit of your car.
