Objective markers (roundness and size fixed)

I loved the original objective markers, but the conversion process from the original .svg file was at a low resolution and left the markers slightly not round and varying in sizes by ~.2mm in the x and y axis.

This remake fixes the roundness issue with increased resolution and has all markers at exactly 101.6mm (4 inches) diameter.
