Obsidian's Sword (WIP)

A sword prop for SU cosplayers! This will light up if you want. The attached STL is incomplete. Don't worry though, the design is mostly done, I'm just fretting over some of the internal structure. Once I have that done, I will upload preliminary design files cut into printable chunks, and begin test prints. I'd advise against printing at this point as I make changes to get things to work better.

Update! All the parts are up, though I am still going through my first phase of printing. As such, things could change. If you want to brave it, you'll need to print two of everything except the core, grip and pommel parts. Many parts are intended to fit together with 1/8" rods providing support, and a 1" diameter aluminum tube extrusion through the grip. I would recommend using E6000 to glue parts together. The core can house LED strips, and a microcontroller like the Adafruit Trinket M0, as well as a USB battery pack should be able to fit in the grip. Don't try to light up too many ligh
