Ocean's Core LampA decorative ambient lamp inspired by coral growth and contained within a geometric cube.This lamp explores the tension between organic growth and rigid geometry. A branching coral-like structure grows around a glowing pearl, then is cleanly contained within a 7 × 7 × 7 inch cube. When illuminated, the structure glows softly through the coral texture, creating warm, ambient light with subtle depth and shadow.The growth pattern was simulated in Rhino Grasshopper, allowing the form to develop algorithmically before being captured inside a simple geometric boundary.
