Oculus Flight Stick Swivel Mount

SummaryThis is a swivel base for the game WarPlanes: WWI Fighters. I got a two-foot section of 1.25'' PVC pipe and used a heat gun to soften the plastic and then inserted the Oculus controller to mold the PVC pipe to hold the controller. I then inserted the swivel into the other end of the pipe and place it on the base. I put a little athletic tape around the swivel to create a nice seal inside the PVC pipe. Once assembled, it gives a very natural feel to the control stick in the cockpit. It's wonderful.I would suggest orienting the gap in the swivel toward the front as you are pulling back more often than you are pushing over. I haven't had any trouble with the base sliding on the carpet but I suppose you could hold it with your feet or tape it down. I have noticed that reorientating to the position of the headset each time makes a more permanent setup impossible, but it's never moved on me.Print SettingsSupports: No Infill: 25
