30% infill is probably overkill
printed at 100% scale it is fairly loose on the mount (cable tie added some resistance)
can be used also just to add some weight to the back of the headset
i wasn't sure how much space the original one had, so I removed the clip piece and added a cable tie slot
with the cable tie adjusted correctly, it allows the pack to be slid out (it doesn't just fall out)
