I wanted to go with 2-sensor 360 which implied mounting the sensors to the ceiling. There are a few mountings for this which use the original mounting point but I have seen varying reports of the success of mounting the sensors upside-down so decided to go with a method that allows the sensors to remain the right way up.
I had a different vision in mind but couldn't realize it so decided to go with a basic interpretation and maybe change things up later. I kinda like the way they turned out though.
The mount is set at 45 degrees. This can be configured within the OpenSCAD file and the mount will reconfigure itself to work with a wide range of angles.
The mount can be mounted with Velcro (as I have here) or with #6 screws. Note that if mounted with screws, the screws will have to be removed to remove the sensor as it slides in from the back.
The clip is a simple lightweight holding device (not to be used for rock climbing) which allows easy insertion and removal of the cable
