Odolwa's Remains from Majora's Mask. The earring-looking things are a bit finicky, so I used hot glue to keep them in place since the holes in the sides of the mask were a bit brittle.
The flap-things on his head are paper mache (construction paper with floral wire on the back to allow for positioning) to give them a leather look and attached to the mask with motherboard screws (drill holes in the mask before attaching).
