Off Road Pod Lights

The idea here is to develop a series of led rock crawling lights and led pod lights for use on my jeep on various off-road adventures. Attached is my pod light prototype. This assembly is currently under development so expect changes and updates.
I want to avoid any thermal management in ABS parts so that means no led chips or surface mounted diodes. A primary consideration for this design is low power load so that i cant run the battery down while camping. I also don't want to be the d-bag on the trail that blinds everyone else with their obnoxiously bright led light bar so I settled on good old-fashioned 3volt LEDs. They are super cheap and easy to wire up. That makes the brass screws the most expensive part of the build and the outcome is a subtle pod light for rear lighting that produces almost no heat and has an electrical load that could almost never run down your battery while camping or jeeping around in the hills. You will, however, not be able to deliberately be an ass
