Offset hinge for MP Ultimate / Wanhao Duplicator 6

I'm having a bad week for print-in-place designs, so after failing to get a couple existing ones to work, I came up with this. The design includes an 2.4mm (0.09") offset between the parts to accommodate the scrap Plexiglas I had on hand.
