Designed for be quiet! Pure wings 3. This offsets the screw mount to be on 150mm spacing. It fits a m4 bolt and not (offset on the bottom).
I designed this for a HEPA mount for my 3D printer enclosure. Could possible be used for other fan sizes. The legs of the triangle are 25mm each.
