Because build season's coming around and rules are rules, here's a nice and simple 2 cim gearbox I've been working on. Designed this gearbox to totally fit with the 1836 Design process (double mounting for 1" hole pattern, all stuff we can make in house, etc.). The cims are geared 11:64 giving a free speed of 15.99 ft/s. Whole gearbox weighs about 6.5 lbs including fasteners and everything (thanks MKCad) and is very similar to the gearbox we ran on our offseason bot this year. If you're curious...
