Old Spool to Master Spool

### Master spool for refills created from old "alpaplastic" spool.
Design consist of three parts:
1. Bushing - for joining two halves of a split old spool, cut doesn't have to be nice and straight because it will be covered.
2. Hub Part A - a part of the hub with space for an M5 (approx 60mm length) screw for screwing both halves of the spool together.
3. Hub Part B - a part of the hub with a slot for the screw washer. This part should be placed on the side of the spool wall with the "www.alpaplastic.com" text.
