This is a change plate holder I created for my squat rack. This version will fit 1 inch hole racks and I have tested it on REP PR 5000 and Rogue Monster Series racks. It can hold smaller weights 10 lbs and under, however, please use at your discretion as these are not meant for heavy weights and by no means are they meant to replace steel weight horns.
