On Air Sign

This "On Air" sign is a prop for a radio play. The outside is a wooden box that originally held a bottle of wine. The 3 printed parts slide together to replace the original wooden lid. Add a bulb inside and a bit of red cellophane (or tissue paper in this example) and you have a sign that lights up.

I split the design into 3 parts in order to fit on my build plate. When rotated diagonally, the middle piece fits inside a 136 mm square.

I taped the seams between the segments with electrical tape to keep light from leaking through (duct tape would probably also work).
