Update 1: I printed the model with the smallest layer thickness, and some problems that could appear, are with thin parts of the windows, where because the print head is to close to the model, it could break the part, like you can see in the picture. The rest of the windows are ok so this might work ok. The roof got some ridges on it from printing, and I think it might be because of the layer thickness also. The files are now updated with beveled roof floor edges and thicker windows intermediate elements and 0.2 mm layer thickness. This is a 3D printable model of a small house. The model is adapted for printing after a 3D model of a real house project. The STL files contain the 1:1 scale of the model, and they are the first floor, and the roof, which you can use to scale down the print to the desired size. The Project files are at a scale of 1:100. After printing, the model may require some removal of excess material, in between the floors, so it ensures a tight but easy join between parts.
