KISS one piece spool holder. Only need 1 type of piece (2 copies) and two ball bearing 608 type ,the 608 bearings could be recicled from old inline skates.

Print the piece (2 copies).
Insert the bearings.
Push hard until the clic.
Repeat for the other side
Ready

In use it is importat that the filament goes out from the bottom of the spool !!!!!

UPDATE!! new version (V2b) with 4,2 mm hole and 4mm pivot, for easy connection.
