This piece broke on both sides of my OneOdio headphones, since there wasn't a good fix available that would satisfy me I just tried to model it and print it.
To fix the piece you have to unscrew your headphones and desolder the thin wires first and get them out first, afterwards you can use a screwdriver and remove the silver caps from the old broken piece and replace it with the new printed one.
I recommend taking pictures of the soldered cables, since you need to resolder them when you put everytthing together.
When inserting the new piece I recommend you to add some ptfe grease (to reduce the wear).
0.2mm layerheight with a 0.4mm nozzle works just fine
