Easy to use Onigiri mold.
1. Place the case down on a cutting board.
2. Add a scoop of SUSHI rice.
3. Add your filling.
4. Add another scoop of rice.
5. Press down hard on the press to form the onigiri.
6. Hold the top press down while you carefully pull the case up and off.
7. Wrap in a large piece of nori.
