OO Scale Train - Caboose Type 1

Fully scaled and articulated to work on a OO scale train set.

My first caboose design. The wheels are on rotating bogies using a generic design I have on all my models. Interchangeable.

The object is in a couple of parts because my printer was struggling. Newer printers will probably be fine. It may need some adjusting to print successfully.

The bogies are a solid object. I'll be putting up some proper bogies for download separately.

Designed for 15mm wheels. But this can be adapted based on the bogie.

Printed fine on my ancient 2k Mars 2 but may need tweaking for parts to fit securely. Mine was a very tight fit.

The top body may be better separated and printed by itself? The vertical hand are tricky to mount and print. May be better welded to the mesh?

I had planned to print and sell my models but… life had other plans. So I’m slowly putting my trains up for download. Maybe other people can make some money off them.
