Open Source Dropper Post Lever/Remote

This is part of a series of bicycle actuators and shifters. This is a work in progress. **The design constraints are:**
- Must be printable with no supports
- Must be under four pieces (including clamp)
- Must require minimal hardware (my goal is just one screw for the handlebar clamp)
- Must support both knarp and knarpless dropper posts (knarpless can use additional set screw for cable clamp)
- Must survive one year of real-world use
- Must be comfortable and easy to use
