Open-Source Touchless Hand Sanitizer

Description:
The project is an Open-Source Touchless Hand Sanitizer. It can be deployed
inside or outside a house/apartment so people can disinfect themselves properly
before entering their house. It is also:
-Low-Cost.
-Open Source (schematics on electrical and mechanical designs will be made available free of charge to everyone).
-Re-loadable using water-alcohol solutions. No need to buy specific gel solutions from distributors (in the event of a shortage).
-Wired (required to be plugged into an outlet). This will avoid increasing the cost for batteries and extra circuitry.

These attributes will help make this project widely available for practical use in the event of a shortage, as well as being affordable.
