A fun twist on the classic Easter egg!
Yes, this model needs supports. Use organic supports. If you don't use supports, it will probably fail. Epically.
It needs supports for the overhang at the base and the dome at the top. I set an overhang angle of 35 degrees. It also needs some support for the arms to keep them from breaking due to sideways forces. For that, I added a support enforcer cylinder 5mm high at 60mm heights (world coordinates). This did the trick without wasting a lot of time and filament.
If you want the egg to be more stable, you can sink it below the build plate 0.5 - 1.0mm.
I used 15% infill everywhere - rectilinear infill for the first 13mm and lightning infill for the rest of it. Using rectilinear at the bottom strengthens the arms and reduces the need for supports.
I also used 2 perimeters and a brim.
I've provided my PrusaSlicer project file and GCODE for a Prusa Core One L.
