I used these to clip on some LED strip lights to the top three struts of my Kossel Mini. They leave about 1.5mm room, perfect for LED Strips with hard PCB base.
It is best to make multiple of them to give each layer enough time to cool down, and keep the printer busy while waiting.
They require some force to put on the extrusions but they will not fall off. They can slide around on the extrusion though, when the room between the extrusion and the part isn't completely filled.
