OpenFit adaptor for small ears

My daughter is what I would call “mini” size. She's short and her new OpenFit Shokz wouldn't fit right on her ear. She really liked them otherwise. I prototyped small adaptors for the ear piece. I plan to print in flexible sometime to make them feel more comfortable, but so far they work well for her.
