OpenForge 1x1 Terrain Standoff

The purpose of this is to enable you to use square-based terrain features that are not intended to "sit" on the terrain surface of the OpenForge-compatible terrain tiles (thank you, Devon Jones and John Scott for all your hard work!). This design was driven by my current need: place Cave stalagmites in places around a room, without having to adhere the stalagmite to a base.

I've included 2 versions, one without a peg in the middle. The intention is to drill a hole in the features (as required) for the peg to sit into while they are in your layout. If you do not want to do this, then use the version without the peg.
