OpenForge 2.0 Cobblestone Streets: Gutters

Building on the release from last week, now we have gutters. There are two styles:

* edge gutters, which are gutters intended on being lined up next to a curb (what we mostly think of as gutters today).
* gutters, where the gutter is in the center of the street, which was substantially more common before cars then it is today.
